Teachers Quit Principals, Not Schools

This is so incredibly true.  So many good teachers leave because of poor management above them.  We are all told that we need to be a team, but usually the “self promoters” are the ones who get the leadership positions.  The systems are broken and this breaks the lives of the people stuck in the system.
