Reflection on Professional Development

To build on my knowledge of alternate forms of course delivery, I attended the Blended Learning Symposium at the University of Alberta. This symposium provide me with better clarity and definition for blended learning, flipped classroom, and online courses. I have implemented ideas from the workshops into my current courses.

As a result the various Blackboard Learn activities I have gained significant skills. I am adept with most Blackboard tools and features and have been able to help my colleagues with their course sites and make their transition to the new learning management system smoother.
